About the Martian Logic SaaS Platform

Martian logic is a an Australian SaaS company which is currently experiencing rapid growth and expanding into North America. We have recently opened our US office in downtown Austin Texas, a stones throw from the centre of town.

We provide a full enterprise grade HR Software platform that can be tailored to meet the needs of any client with minimal configuration. We empowers HR and Recruitment teams to focus their time and talents on the most important thing - the people.

About the person

Bring your:

• Proven track record as a successful SaaS SDR
• Motivation and determination

In turn, we will:

• Train, nurture and transition you into a full Account Executive / BDM role
• From day one, we will treat you as a full-cycle BDM / account executive
• Get up to 50% increase in salary, and; up to 100% increase in OTE
• Work on Enterprise accounts
• Generate, nurture and close your own deals
• Give you the best tools on the market

Remuneration: We expect a high level of commitment and ownership from our team and in return, we offer very competitive remuneration and benefits. Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:

• Base: $60k - $80k per annum, depending on experience
• OTE: $150K - $200k in the 1st year
• Health Care: BCBSTX Platinum Medical, Dental and Vision
• Share options: Share options after 6 months
• Yearly salary review: Your base and OTE will be reviewed every year
