We are looking for dependable people to take care of our buildings and carry out minor janitorial cleaning. All tasks can be trained, the only qualification is to be a dependable person.

$150.00 PER MONTH PERFORMANCE BONUSES PAID TO THOSE WHO EARN IT

Shift is Monday thru Friday from early morning to early afternoon.

Janitorial Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms, break rooms, and restrooms
• Cooperate with all employer and customer staff
• Follow all employer/customer health and safety regulations

Janitorial Skills

• Slight knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• Dependable and likeable
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
