Position: Executive Administrative Support
Location: Wright Patterson AFB, Fairborn, OH
Security Clearance Required: Secret (Top Secret desired)
Position Type/Standard Work Hours: Full-time/40 hours per week
Summary/Objective:
The Executive Administrative Support provides specialized administrative and select technical/non-technical support for Autonomy, and other Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) technical areas where the Center for Rapid Innovation (CRI) participates in AFRL HQ initiatives or trade studies, to include but not limited to; task scheduling and tracking, arranging meetings, coordinating activities, etc.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides analysis and recommendations of portfolio activity and information in the form of reports, briefings, databases, spreadsheets, graphics, and other specialized products as required.
- Assists in the development of an organizing framework, to include operational and time relevant criteria, for mapping and assessing AFRL Autonomy and Artificial Intelligence (A/AI) and other efforts to promote more rapid and efficient integration and transition opportunities for AFRL customers and stakeholders.
- Communicates, interacts, and collaborates with scientists and engineers across AFRL in support of Autonomy and other technical areas and associated missions.
- Develops, prepares, manipulates, and assesses technical products and formats to include quad-like summaries of AFRL A/AI and other efforts in order to produce consistent and integration-relevant programmatic and technical information from one project to the next.
- Works with Confluence, JIRA, and similar collaboration and knowledge management tools and software.
Required Education and/or Experience:
- Some knowledge of A/AI and other AFRL research areas is desired.
- Has general knowledge or experience in support of AFRL mission and organization and program management activities.
- Ability to work independently or only under general direction.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not supervise the work of others.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to operate a computer and other standard office equipment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position, 80%.
Travel:
Very little.
