The Executive Administrative Assistant is the lead recruiter for Management Positions, handles sensitive employee-related matters, and fulfills any general HR responsibilities for the business. This individual will manage personnel files, compensation, and benefits, hiring and onboarding of leadership, as well as miscellaneous office-related activities. Occasional Dining Room assistance during peak periods and seasonal decorating of the Dining Room. This individual will report directly to the business owner and offer administrative support as needed.
