The Opportunity:
We're seeking individuals who are passionate about learning and eager to embark on a career in advertising sales.
As an Advertising Sales Trainee, you’ll have the unique opportunity to step into an established client base and gain hands‐on experience in advocating radio and online advertising solutions to businesses across Northeastern
Wisconsin.

Your Role:

In this role, you'll be trained to:

• Develop a deep understanding of our advertising products, including radio and digital advertising offerings.
• Connect with potential clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and networking events.
• Shadow and learn from experienced team members in presenting marketing plans to prospective clients.
• Analyze client campaigns' success metrics and contribute to optimizing local advertising strategies.
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored advertising solutions.
