Responsibilities

As an Agent's Assistant, you will play a key role in building strong client relationships and supporting the agency’s growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including answering inquiries about insurance options, policy changes, claims, and billing.
• Educating customers about insurance products using a needs-based review process.
• Communicating effectively to meet customer needs and promote agency growth.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a candidate who is:

• Dedicated to Customer Service
• Sales-Minded: Experience in sales (e.g., inside/outside sales, retail, telemarketing) is a plus.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ambitious: Able to achieve marketing goals and obtain required licenses:
• Property and Casualty License
• Life/Health License
• Interested in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
