This candidate will assist in the day-to-day maintenance of the property. Willing to work "on-call" on a rotating basis and including some Saturdays. We always work the first Rent week Saturday of the month and other Saturdays if needed.
Pay determined on skill set and experience. Please note any additional skills you may have under the question, "What makes you a good fit". (Ex: Appliance repair, carpentry, knowledge of Ptacs etc)
Pay will be reviewed after your 90-day probationary period. Employees begin accruing Paid Time Off, get Paid Holidays after 90 days, and will be eligible for vision and dental insurance.
