    As the Community Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day property management operations, ensuring top-notch maintenance performance, and enhancing the overall value of the property. Your focus will be to effectively manage and coordinate the onsite team, activities, and available resources, working in alignment with the community objectives set forth by the Regional or Area Manager. These objectives primarily encompass maximizing rents and occupancy levels while preserving the asset's value.

    #IAMKEYRESPONSIBILITIES

    1) #IAMFAIRHOUSING: Conduct all business in accordance with #iam policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other Federal and State laws.

    2) #IAMPROPERTYMANAGEMENT: Take charge of the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring smooth functioning, and maintaining a high standard of quality in all aspects of management.

    3) #IAMMAINTENANCESUPERVISION: Oversee maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of issues to keep the property in excellent condition, providing residents with a comfortable and pleasant living experience.

    4) #IAMVALUEENHANCEMENT: Implement strategies to enhance the overall value of the property, ensuring it remains competitive in the market and offers a desirable living environment for current and prospective residents.

    5) #IAMTEAMMANAGEMENT: Efficiently lead and coordinate the onsite team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages productivity and personal growth.

    6) #IAMCOMMUNITYOBJECTIVES: Collaborate with the Regional or Area Manager to align operational goals with the broader community objectives, working towards a shared vision of success.

    7) #IAMRENTANDOCCUPANCYOPTIMIZATION: Devise and execute plans to maximize rental income and occupancy levels, utilizing market analysis and marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.

    8) #IAMASSETPRESERVATION: Ensure the proper maintenance and care of the property to safeguard its long-term value and protect the interests of property stakeholders.

    9) #IAMTRAININGANDDEVELOPMENT: Mentor and train the assistant manager to be fully prepared to assume all managerial responsibilities in your absence, fostering a strong and capable management team.

    • Previous Property Manager experience highly preferred.

    • 2 years of on-site Leasing Consultant and / or Assistant Manager experience or at least 3 years of any supervisory experience with customer service orientation.

    • Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    • Industry designations (ARM, CAM, NALP, RPM) strongly preferred.

    • AppFolio experience preferred.
