The Administrative Assistant supports property management and sales agents. Responsibilities include phone scheduling, answering, forwarding, processing tenant applications, drafting contracts for Broker review, coordinating vendor work, emailing requested information, data-entry into a software accounting system, taking payments to the bank, resolving minor concerns and questions on behalf of property owners, tenants, and property managers.
