Job Description

Als Sport Marketing Management Executive Running (m/f/d) agieren Sie als Gesicht der Marke SALOMON im Trail und Road Running Bereich in der Schweiz. Ihr Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf dem Aufbau einer lebendigen Markenbotschafter-Community, die unser Engagement im Running Sport durch Community-Events, Test- und Sportevents sowie strategische Partnerschaften vorantreibt. Die Weiterentwicklung des lokalen Aktivierungsplans zur Implementierung von globalen Markenstrategien sowie zur Unterstützung des Durchverkaufs liegen hier in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich. Ihre Hauptaufgaben bestehen aus:

• Gesicht der Marke Salomon zu Athleten, Meinungsbildnern, Partnern, Verhandlung und Umsetzung von strategischen Partnerschaften und Eventkooperationen (inkl. 360° Aktivierung und perfektem Markenauftritt)
• Koordination des Salomon Trail Running Teams sowie des Scouting/Rookie-Programms in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Community Manager
• Koordination, Aktivierung und Weiterentwicklung der Markenbotschafter-Community allgemein sowie in Sport-Epicentern
• Koordination von Social-Media-Aktivitäten und Content-Erstellung (in Abstimmung mit dem Digital Marketing Team) und deren Umsetzung durch die Markenbotschafter
• Umsetzung der Influencer Strategie von Salomon Running
• Unterstützung der PR und Medienarbeit durch Sport- und Produktexpertise
• Koordination und Teilnahme von „After-Work“- oder Wochenend-Veranstaltungen
• Koordination von externen Lieferanten, Agenturen und Partnerfirmen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Team (national) sowie global (Brand, Sports & Community Marketing inkl. Feedbackinputs zur Marketing Toolbox)
• Kooperation mit unseren Vertriebs-Teams zur Koordination von Kundenaktivierungen sowie Fachhandelsschulungen, Produkttests, Produkt-/Saison-Launches
• Aktive Teilnahme an der Influencer Marketing und Botschafter-Community, Austausch und Anwendung von Best Practice Beispielen im EMEA Marketing Team
• Kooperation mit dem D2C Retail-Team bezüglich Aktionen zur Konsumentenaktivierung
• Tracking, Report und Analyse von Kampagnen und strategischen Partnerschaften (Marketing KPIs)
• Budgetverantwortung und koordination

As Sport Marketing Management Executive Running (m/f/d) you will act as the face of the SALOMON brand in trail and road running in Switzerland. Your focus will be on building a vibrant brand ambassador community to drive our engagement in running sports through community events, test and sport events and strategic partnerships. Further development of the local activation plan to implement global brand strategies as well as to support sell through are your responsibilities here. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Face of the Salomon brand to athletes, opinion leaders, partners, events, institutions
• Negotiation and implementation of strategic partnerships and event cooperations (incl. 360° activation and perfect brand presence)
• Coordination of the Salomon trail running team as well as the scouting/rookie program in cooperation with the community manager
• Coordination, activation and further development of the brand ambassador community in general as well as in sports epicenters
• Coordination of social media activities and content creation (in coordination with the digital marketing team) and their implementation by the brand ambassadors
• Implementation of Salomon Running's influencer strategy.
• Support PR and media relations with sports and product expertise
• Coordination and participation of "after-work" or weekend events
• Coordination of external suppliers, agencies and partner companies
• Close cooperation with the marketing team (national) as well as global (brand, sports & community marketing incl. feedback inputs to the marketing toolbox)
• Cooperation with our sales teams to coordinate customer activations as well as trade trainings, product tests, product/season launches
• Active participation in the influencer marketing and ambassador community, exchange and application of best practice examples in the EMEA marketing team
• Cooperation with the D2C retail team regarding consumer activation campaigns
• Tracking, reporting and analysis of campaigns and strategic partnerships (marketing KPIs)
• Budget responsibility and coordination

Qualifications

IHR PROFIL:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Marketing oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• 3 oder mehr Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Sportindustrie/-branche oder im Marketing-Umfeld
• Motivation und Begeisterung für die Sportwelt im Allgemeinen sowie den Laufsport und/oder starkes Netzwerk im Bereich Trail Running im Speziellen
• Sehr gute Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Planung, Organisation und Bewertung von Events
• Erfahrung im Umgang und Koordination von Social-Media-Kanälen
• Kenntnisse mit Adobe Creative Cloud Applikationen von Vorteil
• Gute Kenntnisse der 360 ° Marketing-Tools, einschließlich Online-Kampagnen
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Reisebereitschaft
• Bereitschaft zur Wochenendarbeit (Hauptsaison= Sommer!)

YOUR PROFILE:

• Successfully completed studies in marketing or comparable qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the sports industry/sector or in the marketing environment
• Motivation and enthusiasm for the sports world in general as well as running and/or strong network in the field of trail running in particular
• Very good skills and experience in planning, organising and evaluating events
• Experience in handling and coordinating social media channels
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications is an advantage
• Good knowledge of 360 ° marketing tools, including online campaigns
• Fluency in German and English are required
