TITLE: REGIONAL MANAGER & Designated Broker (property management); Real Estate Sales and Management

Northpoint is seeking a Broker to oversee the Oklahoma City office, and to lease, manage, and sell properties that it currently holds and new properties that it brings under its management in the Oklahoma City market.
DESCRIPTION: The Broker will oversee other managers, and will assume full property management, leasing, and sales responsibilities for residential and commercial properties and Northpoint's business development team will drive new clients to the new manager to grow the portfolio into a larger group of properties over the next 12 months. This Broker will be immediately given a portfolio of single-family properties to oversee, in addition to the management responsibilities over other managers. The Oklahoma City office is one of a total (39) other Northpoint locations in the US (California, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Texas, Kansas, Missouri, North Carolina, South Caroline, Oklahoma, Ohio, Florida, and Georgia, Tennessee).
The Manager/Broker can also provide real estate sales if desired, but the focus is quality management and leasing services for residential property. Northpoint has an internal sales department to bring on new management. However, Northpoint seeks a manager that can assist in the closing process of new clients as well as provide complete management and leasing services. Northpoint is only hiring one manager at this time.
REQUIREMENTS: Northpoint seeks a dynamic individual who can cut through details, make a reliable judgment on often complex situations, and have good interpersonal and communication skills with clients. Northpoint's culture fosters competence, humility, hard work, and a team attitude. MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REAL ESTATE BROKER'S LICENSE. Closing new business is not obligatory but preferred. Northpoint has a sales department that generates and closes new clients for our managers.
COMPENSATION: Determined Upon Experience. Bi-Monthly Direct Deposits (Based on commissions resulting from management, leasing, and sales).
