Top Audit Executive develops, leads, and executes a comprehensive enterprise-wide internal auditing strategy, function, and practice adhering to auditing standards and regulatory requirements. Establishes the auditing governance framework and procedures to attain long-term auditing objectives. Being a Top Audit Executive directs the creation of annual audit plans. Engages with other functions across the enterprise, like risk, finance, information technology, and security, to facilitate audits. Additionally, Top Audit Executive delivers audit reports to leadership and recommends enhanced controls or processes as needed. Sets goals for the auditing team and builds expertise with coaching and developmental initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Requires a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). May require Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Typically reports to top management. The Top Audit Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team that has expert knowledge in general maintenance including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, drywall and painting. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate should have good work ethics, be able to work under pressure. It is an older property and needs some tlc. But with the right team I believe that is totally possible.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Follow safety protocols when working with hazardous materials.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
