Description
UCFS is currently seeking a full-time (40hr) Clinician for a new grant awarded by SAMHSA. The clinician will provide clinical assessment, treatment and education for young children (0-6 year old) who have experienced trauma. This position will be responsible for establishing training processes for dental, medical, and BH providers within UCFS and the community. The long term goal of this project is to educate pediatric providers to better identify trauma symptoms in the target population. This is an opportunity for clinicians to combine defined skills in therapy for the children in the target population as well as education for staff at UCFS and in the community. These staffing positions will be the genesis of a cohort whose specialties involve children ages 0-6.

Requirements
Clinician I - Master's degree (M.A., M.F.T., M.S.W.) plus 1 – 3 years experience.
(Internship experience can be counted towards this 1 – 3 year period)
Clinician II – preferred – LCSW, LPC, LMFT and 3-5 years’ experience with client population
ARC Certified or training completed within 6 months of hire and certification 1 year after hire.
