We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Unlicensed Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues.
Responsibilities: Behavioral Health Therapist - Unlicensed
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients with mental health concerns
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress notes
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements: Behavioral Health Therapist - Unlicensed
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- Completion of a recognized training program in counseling or therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for mental health disorders
- Understanding of ethical and legal issues related to mental health treatment
Preferred Qualifications: Behavioral Health Therapist - Unlicensed
