Spanish Fork Rehabilitation and nursing is a 45 bed skilled nursing facility with a great team that is looking for an organized, driven individual that will be an asset to our building. Experienced Business office managers or assistant business office managers with previous skilled nursing experience are encouraged to apply. Daily duties include, but not limited to:
Update any missed punches, wage changes, and PTO in payroll.
Attend and participate in daily stand up and stand down meetings.
Meet with any new residents about Medicaid share of cost and paperwork, managed
care copay amounts and any questions about insurance.
Monitor and respond to referrals in Care Port. Pull all insurance information on new
referrals
Track new hire audits, send onboarding to new hires and schedule new hires for medical
file paperwork.
Work on aging as needed.
Take deposits to bank.
Enter deposits withdrawals and write appropriate checks in PCC for trust and billing.
Send follow up review on Managed care plans to case workers to get continued
authorizations. (this is very specific to my building)
Add new residents in PCC
Update new hires in all systems, Everify, DACS, isolved, PCC, OIG, etc.
Scan paperwork into pcc for patient charts.
Start priors authorizations on Managed care plans (specific to SF)
