Top Category Management Executive plans, leads, and oversees all aspects of an organization's category management department. Leads the development and execution of enterprise-wide category management strategies. Being an Top Category Management Executive oversees the implementation of category management to achieve company's strategies and financial goals. Responsible for defining processes, establishing best practices, and driving initiatives to optimize category performance. Additionally, Top Category Management Executive reviews metrics and KPIs to monitor category performance and identifies areas for improvement. Requires a bachelor's degree.
