This position is for an Information Systems Branch Manager for Operations and Monitoring Branch. This Branch is located within the Office of IT Services and Delivery.

The Information Systems Manager is responsible for managing multiple shifts and teams which are responsible for monitoring and maintaining the integrity and availability of the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s infrastructure 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year. They will manage the daily activities, operations, training activities and programs for the department. This position will also serve as the Problem manager for all IT related incidents. Provide the end-to-end management of the problem. Coordinate and direct all facets of the problem management effort, including bringing the right teams, tools, and information together to solve the problem at hand.
Job duties for this position includes:
- Provide technical direction and support to staff
- Act as a liaison between customers and other COT teams
- Serve as Problem manager
- Manage daily activities and operations
- Manage problems that occurring within the Enterprise
- Asset Reporting and accounting measures
- Writes and publishes technical, process and user documentation
