JOB SUMMARY

This position supports all firm employees by ensuring the upkeep of our firm's software and hardware, researching new and efficient technologies, and educating employees once new processes are implemented.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure existing technologies are working properly and resolve issues as they arise.
• Research new technologies, maintain all systems and monitor upcoming technology trends.
• Oversee all data security measures and policies as outlined in Data Security Plan.
• Train and pass on knowledge to other firm team members.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client and firm-related items at all times.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Responsible for completing assigned tasks, maintaining firm technologies, and ensuring data security.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Office environment; no unpleasant or hazardous conditions. Occasional travel to attend client events, seminars, and training.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High School with any degree or previous experience.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows OS.
• Computer proficiency in various software programs. Familiarity with financial software preferred.
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.
• Some experience with programming logic is preferred.
• Knowledge of Office365, Exchange Server, and Outlook preferred.
• Be able to maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
