Real Estate Office Administrator

Team Lassen; A top producing real estate company is looking for a full-time person for a multi-functional administrative assistance role. Candidate MUST be detailed oriented and organized; capable of shifting between duties successfully. Real Estate experience is preferred; however, administrative experience and the ability to pay attention to deadlines and communicate effectively with the Team is vital to the role.

Job Description:

• Data entry and management of information into multiple platforms
• Assist in answering phones and maintaining front office duties
• Coordinate and communicate on administrative tasks internally and externally
• Coordinate timing of new listings, price changes, updates with agents and Transaction Managers
• Input all listing information into MLS and other applicable marketing websites and update as needed
• Create social media posts for SEO purposes
• Manage advertising in various media sources
• Coordinate and support in Property Management including screening potential tenants, lease renewals, walk-thrus, and other off site duties
• Track incoming leads

Skills Qualifications:

• Experienced administrative assistant
• Real Estate and Property Management experience preferred
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Superior organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently
• Positive and outgoing disposition
• Cooperative, team-oriented and calm under pressure
• Mature and professional attitude and appearance
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

$70,000 based on experience; health, dental, and vision insurance upon 90 days of employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
