Top Community Development Executive leads and plans all aspects of an organization's economic development lending activities to support or subsidize improvements in the community. Develops and maintains relationships with groups, agencies, and organizations in the community to identify business development opportunities. Being a Top Community Development Executive establishes the policies guiding the community development strategy and ensures the organization's compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and other regulations. Contributes to marketing efforts to foster company visibility and awareness of projects or initiatives. Additionally, Top Community Development Executive monitors ongoing initiatives to evaluate progress and efforts. Researches and evaluates current and future community needs to identify lending and other business development opportunities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Basic Purpose Of The Job
The Executive Assistant provides support to the company’s executive team by performing advanced level administrative duties under limited supervision and interfacing with high level internal and external contacts. This position also may provide first level supervision to other administrative staff.

Minimum Education
High school diploma/GED and/or Associate’s Degree required and four years of office experience OR any combination of education and experience which would provide the candidate with the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job.
Preferred Work Experience
Experience in a health care environment preferred.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Expert skills in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to develop proficiency in enterprise software.
Expert customer service and communication skills.
Expert skills in clerical duties such as phone etiquette, filing, and managing calendars.
Ability to write and speak clearly and concisely to express ideas effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to exercise a high degree of judgment and discretion and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of people.
Ability to identify, organize, and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
