Top Community Development Executive leads and plans all aspects of an organization's economic development lending activities to support or subsidize improvements in the community. Develops and maintains relationships with groups, agencies, and organizations in the community to identify business development opportunities. Being a Top Community Development Executive establishes the policies guiding the community development strategy and ensures the organization's compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and other regulations. Contributes to marketing efforts to foster company visibility and awareness of projects or initiatives. Additionally, Top Community Development Executive monitors ongoing initiatives to evaluate progress and efforts. Researches and evaluates current and future community needs to identify lending and other business development opportunities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Community Development Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Community Development Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience.     Administrative Assistant – Payroll/AP/AR/HR

    This Payroll/AP/AR/HR is largely an administrative position responsible for recruiting, hiring new staff, maintaining staff files using ADP, run background checks, checking references, and complete other office work. The Payroll/AP/AR/HR is also expected to be competent in basic office and administrative skills with superb organizational and time management skills. Applicant must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and adjust in a fast-paced environment. Applicant will work in close collaboration with other team members and have strong communication skills. We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to fill our Administrative Assistant Payroll/AP/AR/HR position. Candidates should be able to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and other duties relating to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fiscal operations and basic accounting. To be successful in this position, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive to detail while also possessing a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn other fiscal management software. As a minimum requirement, the applicant must have a high school diploma or GED with two years of direct experience working with purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. Experience with ADP is a plus. Applicant must possess a basic understanding of accounting systems and have at least one year of direct experience working with an accounting system general ledger and budget. An associate degree or higher in a related field is preferred.

    Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
