Top Community Health Executive focuses on advancing local, state and national health advocacy efforts. Responsible for overseeing community-based health programs aimed at the prevention of disease and promotion of health. Being a Top Community Health Executive determines community health initiatives to pursue and directs best practices implementation. Participates in and approves grant proposals and monitors overall use of grant funds. Additionally, Top Community Health Executive oversees all community health programs from planning and design through implementation and evaluation. Typically requires a master's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a top management. The Top Community Health Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. BayCare Health System is currently seeking a Health Coach to join our outstanding and compassionate team. Come join our Community Health Team in this PRN position where you will be responsible for teaching our education programs in-person and virtually.
The Health Coach responsibilities include:
Required License/Certification includes BLS, AED, and one of the following Nationally Recognized Credentials within 3 months of hire; Clinical Health Coach, ACE, or WellCoaches certification.
This position requires travel within home base county but also to our sister counties with your own reliable transportation.
