May require a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification. Typically reports to top management. The Top Compensation Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Compensation Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience.     Role Description

    A newly created role, the Director Compensation will be responsible for the delivery of the compensation strategy and Global Mobility as part of CROWN’s Total Rewards programs.


    This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Compensation North America at CROWN's Tampa, FL location. The Director will be responsible for overseeing compensation planning, developing and implementing compensation strategies, conducting job evaluations, and managing compensation structures.


    Qualifications

    • Experience in Compensation Planning and Strategies
    • Strong understanding of compensation, short-term and long-term incentive plans.
    • Experience in a public company environment preferred.
    • Proficiency in Job Evaluation and Compensation Structures
    • Strong skills in Compensation Management
    • Knowledge of HR practices and regulations
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
