Being a Top Compensation Executive is responsible for leading the strategic planning of compensation and equity programs, ensuring those programs align with organizational goals, initiatives, and budgets. Ensures proper collection and analysis of compensation data, including surveys, market research and analysis, and pay equity. Additionally, Top Compensation Executive keeps abreast of regulatory, market, and practice changes and trends. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification. Typically reports to top management. The Top Compensation Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Compensation Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. We're seeking a dedicated Compensation Analyst to administer our online annual review and compensation initiatives across various business units, departments, and international regions. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries related to annual reviews and compensation, managing off-cycle adjustments including merit increases, promotions, and title updates, as well as conducting thorough compensation market research. Your expertise will also extend to developing job descriptions, and accurately preparing compensation reports.
