Job Description
The Director of Field Operations would be responsible for:
- Field Operations Oversight - must be comfortable with travel throughout MA & CT
- Field Team Development
- Safety Administration
- Warranty Management
- Schedule Administration
- Reporting Administration

The successful candidate will have:
- At least 5 years of previous experience as a Director of Field Operations or General Superintendent
- Valid MA CSL & OSHA 30 Certification
- Proficient in Procore
- RRP/Lead-Safe practices
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Possess a sense of urgency and initiative
- Must be flexible and willing to adapt to the changing field conditions, personnel and ownership requests
