BDC builds large and small homes, both new builds and remodels, from teardowns to historical restoration, from complete projects to smaller kitchen and bath renovations. BDC recognizes that the most successful projects evolve from supportive, communicative, team-based working relationships. BDC works closely with architects and owners throughout the entire course of a project and consistently maintains a dialogue between all involved parties. Crews typically consist of a chief and 2 or 3 workers on a job site, plus subcontractors, which keeps moving the projects along quickly while keeping the project manageable. BDC is looking to add skilled team members to their growing organization.
