Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the securitized loan portfolio. While working closely with investors to ensure operations, risks, performance, and strategic initiatives are controlled, managed, and communicated effectively, they will make certain all requirements of the loan servicing agreement(s) are adhered to.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in ensuring all monthly reports are accurate and timely
• Communicate and coordinate with various internal and external servicing departments
• Provide support to the Securitization Supervisor and other team members as needed
• Review, research, and create check requests for various invoices
• Prepare and approve payoff demands as needed
• Set up, track, and monitor property taxes as well as hazard and flood insurance
• Monitor lender placed insurance and provide refunds when necessary
• Process loss drafts requests
• Track monthly servicing fees, lender advances, and new loan boardings
• Provide timely resolution to broker/lender escalated matters
• Complete special projects as requested

Education and Skills:

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• Minimum two years mortgage servicing or lending experiencerequired
• General understanding of mortgage loan servicing and loan documents
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Advanced organizational and follow-up skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional focus and attention to detail
• Proficient MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Strong typing and data entry skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
