The role entails providing vital support to the Key Relationship Group(KRG) for Commercial Term Lending. The KRG Loan Servicing Support Team is a single point of contact for Credit Managers and Client Managers for all things related to Servicing. Responsibilities include working closely with the Key Relationship Group Front Office for inquiries and escalations by working across our Servicing Team, Insurance, and Collateral. This role will facilitate including but not limited to:
Monitor and track by relationship received operating statements and rent rolls and when grading is performed. Escalate as needed to insure timely processing.
