JOB SUMMARY The Contracts Analyst reports to the Contracts Manager. The Contracts Analyst uses contract administration skills and organization policies and procedures to draft and issue standard contracts and agreements. Works on contract administration problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. May require guidance regarding specific transactions, drafting of complex contract language, and assistance in the interpretation of contract language. Exercises judgment in determining appropriate solutions to best serve each project, within the bounds of regulatory, statutory, and UC policy guidelines.
