Corporate Compliance Nurse needed to partner in oversight of CHD’s Medication Management and integrated nursing processes. This includes oversight of DMH, DDS and DCF MAP programing as well as nurse led medication management.

The Corporate Compliance Nurse will partner with the Director of Nursing services in the development of protocols and administrative processes. The Corporate Compliance Nurse will collect data around Medication Administration and track trends to create and implement competency trainings across the agency.

With at least two years of MAP experience, the right candidate will be familiar or self-motivated to learn compliance needs especially around scope of practice and medication administration functions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Implement standard nursing, and MAP compliant protocols across the agency. Develop, oversee, train to and monitor for compliance of agency processes including but not limited to MAP and medication management.
• Collaborate with Leadership Team in quality reviews and improvement plans. Support a team based philosophy of care. New hire onboarding and training of direct reports, including nurses and administrative staff.

• Maintain professional working relationships with the integrated care team

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Current unencumbered Registered Nurse Licensure in the state of Massachusetts, BSN Preferred.
• Two years’ experience working with a psychiatric and/or substance use disorder population preferred. Two years MAP experience.
• Demonstrated ability to teach others, effective oral and written communication skills.

SALARY

$85,000 - $95,000 a year
