We are providing Armed Protective Services to a high-end grocery store chain in Kent/Tacoma area. (Kent-1 part time) Swing Thursday-Mon 3pm-11pm

(Tacoma 2-part time)1st shift Days Sat/Sun 6am-230pm & 2nd shift swing 230pm-11pm

Duties include:

• Providing armed visual security services at a location and ensuring a safe environment for customers and employees.
• Officers will work directly with store manager and reports all issues to store management.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed.
• Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities.
• The armed security officers will be highly visible at all times, stand at front entrance and checking customer receipts, report and perform other duties as outlined by the client.
• Patrols throughout the store roughly once per hour and we are hands off, deter theft only. Leave all contact with suspects to store management.
• Motivated and confident in your character to support outstanding security appearance, professionalism, and public relations.
• You must have your own weapon and duty gear, including black BDU pants and black boots.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• * MUST have Current WA DOL Armed Security License
• Excellent observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to refrain from being on your phone during shift.
• Good attendance record
• Ability to work weekends.
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet security needs.
• Reference check will be required.

Preferred:

Work history in the security industry, prior law enforcement, and/or military.

Full time employees are eligible for company health insurance benefits after 90 days!
