Top Corporate Security Executive develops the overall security strategy, policies, and standards to ensure the physical safety of all visitors, employees, or customers to the organization's facilities and the security of property and assets. Summary:
Provide a variety of complex and diversified administrative duties and support requiring initiative, independence and confidentiality for a VP, CNE, CMO, Administrator or other top executive. Perform duties of a highly confidential nature that require comprehensive knowledge of organizational policies, practices and procedures. Sets up meetings and may act as a proxy for superior. Compiles reports and prepares agendas and background materials. May coordinate special projects and perform complex tasks requiring the consideration of multiple variables to determine proper course of action. This position may lead and provide functional guidance to lower level support or clerical employees. The Executive Assistant is an integral part of the Executive Team and provides support to other executives as needed. (Directly reports to a VP, CNE, CMO and/or other Administrator)
Responsibilities:
1. Provide confidential administrative support by performing a variety of duties such as preparing documents, reports and presentations. Perform general secretarial duties for a VP, CNE, CMO, Administrator or other top executive. May provide work direction to lower level staff. May compose and type correspondence, relay confidential information, gather and interpret information to develop reports and maintain departmental confidential files.
2. Collects, compiles and analyzes moderately complex data and information; such as performance improvement initiatives, and organizational goals. Create spreadsheets, reports, graphs and maintain database files. Assists in monitoring departmental budgets.
3. Provide research and administrative support for special projects. Prepare data on projects and studies; updates procedure manuals or analyzes impact on department activities.
4. Screens telephone calls and visitors, and resolves routine and some complex inquiries.
5. Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review.
6. Coordinates schedules and appointments for executive. Maintains calendar of appointments, schedule meetings, arrange rooms and take minutes as requested. Make and confirm travel arrangements, and prepare travel requests and expense reports.
7. Perform accurate timekeeping for assigned cost centers, tracking exceptions and generating reports; unless delegated.
8. All other duties as assigned within the scope and range of job responsibilities
