Top Credit Executive leads the overall credit function. Responsible for creating and implementing policies regarding the review of customers credit history and the granting and/or extension of credit lines. Being a Top Credit Executive ensures that research of credit worthiness is effective and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. May lead a loan review or other internal committee that has oversight on credit policy. Additionally, Top Credit Executive may require an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Credit Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Credit Analyst

  • Summary: Assist and support lenders in acquiring and compiling needed information for credit analysis and credit approval packages. Input financial information into excel spreadsheet and loan management system software.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Performs analysis of financial statements, cashflows, and pricing analysis
    • Understand and evaluate key components of the financial analysis process including the “5 C’s of Credit” (character, capacity, capital, collateral, and conditions)
    • Learn and understand bank policies in relation to credit requests
    • Prepares presentation materials for new and additional credit proposals
    • Perform other duties within the branch, special projects and research as needed.
    • Proficiency with Excel and Word

    Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or one years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
