Being a Top Credit Executive ensures that research of credit worthiness is effective and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. May lead a loan review or other internal committee that has oversight on credit policy. Additionally, Top Credit Executive may require an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Credit Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise inspection and reporting efforts for underwater and above-water inspections of waterfront/marine structures and bridges.
Duties/Responsibilities- Underwater inspection of waterfront / marine structures and bridges
- Preparation of reports and other professional documents
- Engineering analysis and design
- Construction drawings and specifications
- Regulatory permitting
- Operation and maintenance of inspection and diving equipment
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, fellow SEI employees, and others for job-related activities
- California PE (Civil or Structural - required) or ability to obtain within 6 months
- ADCI commercial diver (required)
- ADCI Dive supervisor (preferred)
- NHI UW Bridge Inspector (required)
- NHI Bridge Inspection Team Leader (preferred)
- All dive certifications should be current including dive physical, CPR/FA, & Emergency Oxygen
- Must be able to obtain a DBIDS and TWIK card
Education and Experience- BS in Civil or Structural Engineering (required)
- 3-5 years experience in waterfront/marine underwater inspection
