    The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for ensuring complete customer satisfaction from the reactive sales and customer service department.

    The CRE will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed quickly and correctly; and possesses a friendly and professional telephone manner to answer inbound calls from our customers.

    Having a passion for live sound, recording, performing or production industries is a huge advantage.Key Responsibilities

    • Using SAGE 200 to process large volumes of sales orders and quotations for a variety of the customer base here at VDC in a timely and accurate fashion.
    • Receiving and also making phone calls to / from customers and assisting them with any queries and enquiries they may wish to make.
    • Responding helpfully and promptly to customer e-mails including explaining and providing simpler technical concepts.
    • Being proactive when complaints are received, identifying underlying trends and alerting higher management to prevent recurrence.
    • To send proof of deliveries as well as occasionally complete other logistical administration such as booking same day deliveries
    • Aid other departments with administration from other areas of the business that require Customer Relations intervention or guidance.
    • Liaising and maintaining close relationship with outbound sales, accounts, cable, components, manufacturing, technical and dispatch floors to ensure all orders leave the building to the highest standard.
    • Ensuring a customer focused approach is adopted in all assigned responsibilities and to provide personalized customer service of the highest level at all times.
    • Using sound judgment to manage difficult customer situations.
    • Being a member of a motivated team and take an active role in engendering a positive, energetic and customer-focused working environment.
    • Being flexible and willing to help out with any other area of the business as necessary.Qualifications and Experience :
    • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively troubleshoot issues.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Flexibility to work Thursday through Monday on an out-of-hours schedule.What We Offer :
