Our customer service representatives are a vital part of the company and the first voice our current and potential customers will hear. The ideal candidate is a positive person with good communication skills and a strong work ethic and is eager to learn as no experience is necessary and we will provide all training through the company. You must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
    Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10a - 7p
    Hourly Pay: $14.00 commissions

    Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:

    • Answers inbound customer service calls, resolves customer service concerns, and provides resolutions and timely follow-up with customers
    • Escalates customer issues requiring extensive problem solving to the appropriate individual
    • Checks production for accuracy and enters in any missing production invoices
    • Generates sales of extra services for current and potential customers
    • General data entry to help complete projects in a timely manner
    • Support other staff in anything they made need help with

    Qualifications of a Customer Service Representative:

    • Ability to maintain and personify our core values - positive attitude, customer first, professionalism, dedicated, and have a desire to succeed
    • Good verbal and written skills
    • Computer skills preferred
    • Must be able to type at least 50 WPM
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Time management skills, including punctuality for on-time attendance
    • Able to pass a background check and drug screen

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From $14.00 per hour

    Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
