We are seeking an outgoing, organized, personable, and detail-oriented office/Customer Care Coordinator to join our unique organization. You will coordinate various office tasks and functions to ensure office operations run smoothly while interacting with campers, boaters, visitors, employees, and management.
Duties and Responsibilities
Welcome campers, boaters, and visitors to the office and assist them with various needs including reservations, payments, tourist information, ship store sales, fuel sales, repair requests, safety information, and other general questions via in-person and on the phone.
