Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Analyst who will be instrumental in leveraging data from diverse sources to derive actionable insights that will inform our marketing strategies and initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will design and manage dashboards and reports, ensuring that critical information is effectively disseminated throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing to conduct thorough analysis of data from multiple sources, identifying trends and generating actionable insights.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports that illustrate the success of our sales and marketing endeavors.
- Employ Salesforce, data warehouses, and community sales leadership feedback to meticulously track and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards tailored to the specific requirements of various teams across the organization.
- Prepare clear and concise deliverables for the VP of Sales & Marketing summarizing sales and marketing performance.
- Provide training and support to team members on reporting tools and features.
- Assess campaign performance and extract insights from paid partnerships, such as Zillow, to identify trends and inform enhancements.
- Design and implement innovative experiments, utilizing data-driven insights for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with advertising agencies to scrutinize campaign performance metrics, including impressions, open rates, and conversion rates, to optimize outcomes.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Required Skills
- A strong foundation in data analysis with the ability to interpret complex datasets effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic experience with Salesforce, including the creation of reports and dashboards.
- Exceptional project management abilities for prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
- A talent for data storytelling, coupled with strong quantitative analysis skills.
- Familiarity with the manufactured housing, multi-family, or real estate sectors is advantageous.
- Experience in synthesizing and consolidating information from diverse systems to present clear and concise findings.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively across various functional areas.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, ideally within a marketing or sales context.
