DEI Specialist Summary:

• Responsible for the identification, coordination, and implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategies and initiatives within BayCare System.
• The strategies and initiatives implemented focus on promoting the principles of DEI and measuring the impact of BayCare's DEI efforts in the areas of training and education, inclusive leadership practices, and organizational cultural fluency.
• Ensures organization employs strategies to attract, develop, and retain members of underrepresented groups.
• This position is also responsible for providing direction to help Team Members implement measures that break down barriers to creating a more inclusive culture for all.
• This position serves as a key member of the Team Resources division participating in the implementation and execution of day-to-day and long-term DEI responsibilities.
• Required education and experience include Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and Three years of previous DEI experience.

• Required - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related fields

Experience:

• Required - 3 years of previous DEI experience
