We are currently searching for Construction Site Superintendents/Project Managers for immediate start;

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Manager handling all aspects of the project
• Ensure Industry Safety Standards are met and followed
• Communicate directly with the client
• Provide document control, attend site meetings & take minutes
• Coordinate the work of numerous contractors, provide daily reports reports, attend site meetings and take minutes
• Review site conditions and produce RFI’s if needed
• Monitor daily construction activities to ensure project is on schedule and of the highest quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred but not required
• FTP Construction project management experience (Procore knowledge a plus)
• Strong communication skills at multiple project levels ranging from tradespeople to client or facility executives
• Public sector experience a big
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
• Valid Drivers License & ability to travel within Connecticut

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
