As a DEI Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all aspects of our organization. You will work closely with the VP, DEI to assist in the implementation of strategies, initiatives, and programs aimed at fostering a more inclusive workplace culture. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion while contributing to meaningful organizational change.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in a field related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, social sciences, human resources, or a related discipline.
- Strong passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience or coursework in diversity, equity, and inclusion, human resources, sociology, or related fields is preferred but not required.
