Collaborates with marketing, sales, product development, and other stakeholders to support business development plans. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. In this role, you will be responsible for driving insurance sales, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting clients with their insurance needs.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate insurance sales through leads provided (No Cold Calling, No Door to Door, No Network Marketing)
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships by being client-focused and responsive to their needs
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the insurance process
    • Complete required training and obtain necessary insurance licenses
    • Work independently and efficiently in a self-paced, virtual environment
    • Uphold the values of transparency, integrity, diversity, and relentlessness in all interactions

    Qualifications:

    • No experience required, but a strong drive and self-motivation are essential
    • Must be driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
