Under the direction of the Manager of Player Development, the incumbent is responsible for the successful overall direction and management of all activities related to player development as well as the maintenance of the Latin customer base. Responsible for achieving established annual goals regarding the following: total theoretical revenue and profit, total actual revenue and profit, and new/reactivated player quotas. Must make 500 outbound sales calls per month. Bachelor degree in marketing/business preferred as well as two (2) to five (5) years of marketing experience in a predominantly Latin American casino jurisdiction. Patrons will be coded based on departmental policy. Must possess strong Latin American cultural knowledge and fluent language skills. Must possess excellent customer service skills. Proficiency with casino software programs including but not limited to CAMs, Megafox required. Independent decision-making ability within boundaries of authority. Ability to understand and read patron play. Responsible for appropriate comping decisions and issuing comps. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints. Must possess strong communication skills to include written and oral presentations to both large and small groups. Provides a great customer experience by providing high quality products and services consistently. Due to the nature of the business, must be able to work flexible hours as dictated by business needs.
