If your ideal job offers you exceptional compensation and benefits and potential for career growth, this is a good fit!Your responsibilities- Perform duties beyond formal job responsibilities- Prepare cash-flow reports, projecting cash needs at weekly and monthly intervals, daily cash management- Handle monthly and annual close of income statement and balance sheet, account reconciliations & G/L analysis- Work closely with executive team and partners to ensure that firm-wide operation is efficient and effective- Give financial reports to executive committee and partners each month- Oversee the activities of the finance department, such as accounts payable, billings & collections, and payroll- Manage the production of and monthly monitoring of the annual budget and forecasts- Ensure deliverables of self and team meet client expectations- Time monthly billing and other cash management techniques to make sure cash collection is punctual- Advance Finance Department initiatives, such as software and systems implementation and other departmental or firm-wide improvements, as needed, with research, planning and implementation- Assess, execute and improve policies, procedures, controls and most methodologiesThe salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000 bonus.Benefits:M/D/V 100% paid by employer for employee401kProfit sharing80 hours PTO8 paid holidays40 hour sick leave
