WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING –

• Providing a 5-STAR, white glove experience to all those you work with internally and externally.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive matters while exercising sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Manage complex calendars, including managing both business and personal appointments for the CEO and his family. Schedule and confirm appointments in a strategic manner, considering the CEO's schedule several months out to ensure they are well prepared for what is ahead and that the calendar is set to optimize CEO time and priorities.
• Help our CEO and leadership team “get there faster” on a variety of projects by researching topics, analyzing information, providing key insights, and identifying strategic solutions.
• Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
• Track CEO commitments, goals, projects, tasks, and deadlines.
• Plan and prepare for on-site/off-site meetings, including scheduling, agendas, material and coordinating for beverages and meals if needed.
• Drafts talking points and emails on behalf of the CEO, handling extremely confidential and sensitive information.
• Arrange complex and detailed domestic and international travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, including events, dining, and entertainment at destinations.
• Plan, organize and implement personal and company events, including catering, entertainment, and travel.
• Run errands as needed.
• Will perform additional responsibilities when required.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU –

• 3 years’ experience supporting executives.
• Must reside in or close to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Self-starter who can own projects to completion with minimal guidance and direction.
• Extensive travel planning experience.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office, google G-Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thrive in a supporting role, but not afraid to stand alone when it comes to making decisions and owning initiatives.
• A keen ability to bring structure to chaos and masterfully manage multiple priorities.
