Top Division Human Resources Executive plans and directs human resources policies, objectives, and initiatives for a division or region within an organization. Implements end-to-end human resources function to deliver talent acquisition, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and employee support services. Being a Top Division Human Resources Executive partners with leadership across the organization to provide human resources programs aligned with the organization's operational objectives, mission, and values. Builds and develops the teams and technology resources to facilitate regulatory compliance, recordkeeping, transaction processing, and analysis of workforce metrics. Additionally, Top Division Human Resources Executive identifies and explores trends in human resources to enhance the employee experience, meet evolving organizational needs and create innovative programs. WIOA partner navigators (WPNs) will be embedded in the culture of the designated Work One center(s) and VR office(s). WPNs will be an embedded resource with knowledge of programming, services, and access points across partner programs. WPNs will be skilled in relationship building to support appropriate linkages and support mutual delivery of services to shared participants across partner programs. To facilitate this approach, WPN’s will be housed at both partner sites, embedded in the culture of partner agencies, regularly attend staff meetings, and obtain and retain knowledge of partner program services. Their primary role is to connect individuals with disabilities to appropriate partner programs, promote a streamlined cross referral process, improve service and program access for individuals with disabilities, and guide braided service delivery across programs. WPN’s will serve as a resource for colleagues and may arrange for ongoing cross training across partner programs.

Working Conditions
WPNs will perform tasks in a variety of locations, including one, or more, Work One centers and Vocational Rehabilitation offices in the assigned geographic areas. WPN’s will have a regular presence at each partner organization. Meetings and activities will be conducted in-person with some remote work as applicable.
