Top Division Human Resources Executive plans and directs human resources policies, objectives, and initiatives for a division or region within an organization. Implements end-to-end human resources function to deliver talent acquisition, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and employee support services.     Position Overview:

    The Human Resources Executive Administrator will be responsible for completing various Human Resources tasks in a timely manner. He or she will work in close partnership with the Head of Human Resources and all employees as needed.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Human Resources
      • Maintaining utmost confidentiality.
      • Contributing to a positive culture and work environment.
      • Onboarding new employees.
        • Sending welcome e-mail
        • Working with background check partner
        • Working with internal areas for employee set up, including sending equipment to remote employees
        • Sending I-9 information
        • Sending 401 (k) information
        • Inputting data into the CPS payroll system
      • Updating employee information, as needed.
        • E.g., promotions, new salaries, relevant documents
      • Terminating employees in the CPS system.
      • Running biweekly payroll and generating payroll reports for Finance.
      • Providing support to employees’ HR questions.
      • Interacting with CPS Account Team, as necessary.
      • Identifying areas of improvement to the HR process.
      • Work on ad hoc projects, as needed.

    Position Requirements:

    • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office products.
    • Knowledge of Human Resources a plus.
    • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Quick learner.
    • Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
