Being a Top Division Legal Executive provides strategic guidance on legal issues, manages compliance and risk mitigation, reviews contracts, and handles other legal duties to protect the organization's interests. Uses a broad range of legal expertise and current knowledge to advise leadership on any regulatory changes or actions that may impact the business. Additionally, Top Division Legal Executive requires a JD. Requires State Bar membership. Typically reports to top legal executive. The Top Division Legal Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient and effective processes
- Supervise and provide guidance to a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and efficiency
- Sales cold calls required
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly
