Mission:

Quantum is currently seeking a highly qualified individual to provide professional support as a Corporate Executive Assistant supporting executive level leader(s) in our Corporate Office- Huntsville, AL. This role will involve initiative, tact, agility, discretion, and judgment in performing daily job duties and responsibilities. Ideal candidate will perform various administrative duties that include but are not limited to:

• Drafting letters/typing; answering phones; taking messages; design/ edit graphics, faxing/copying; scheduling appointments and maintenance of appointment schedule using MS Office products and additional calendar tools as they apply
• Creating & maintaining filing system and organization of records
• Oversee all business travel; prepare detailed itineraries & expense reports; organize & coordinate meetings & interactions with senior military, civilian and corporate management personnel and visitors
• All other duties as assigned as they relate to the corporate office and mission of the company

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or equivalent business related experience is required
• Associates degree /BS in Business or Business curriculum certificate is desired; appropriate experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
• Previous graphics experience a plus.
• Previous support with legal documentation and ability to read and interpret general legal documents and correspondence
• Previous project support experience (Dept of Defense or related industry support preferred)
• Individual should be proficient in Microsoft Suite Office software with attention to detail and multi- tasking
• Individual will need to be extremely professional and people friendly as the position will require daily interface with a broad range of senior people
• Must be able to interpret the intent of available guidelines and use considerable judgment in applying them to individual situations.
