· Associates/Bachelor degree desired, not required

Responsibilities will include

· Providing efficient and professional administrative support

· Organizing and maintaining filing system of confidential information

· Scheduling and planning meetings

· Scheduling and organizing travel arrangements

· Managing communications - email and phone calls

· Market research calls to institutions and consultants

· Transcribing dictation

· Data entry in proprietary CRM program

· Organize, analyze, and input numerical data into various database systems

· Sending out marketing material and correspondence to prospects

· Responding to both internal and external inquiries..

Compensation & Benefits:

· $20-25 per hour based on experience and skills
